Shipping policy

Our dispatch facility operates from 9am-4pm Monday to Thursday. All orders are 'picked' fresh and vacuum sealed for transit.

Local delivery drop offs will be Monday - Thursday. Generally these will not be same day delivery unless prearranged.

Orders to be collected from the shop will be ready as promptly as possible. Generally not same day unless prearranged.

All postal orders are posted using AusPost Express satchels, cost will vary based upon size and weight of order.

Tracking will be provided. In the case of someone not being able to take delivery of the parcel and the parcel being left unattended, The Biltong Cartel is no longer responsible. If the parcel is stolen or damaged it cannot be refunded/ replaced. We cannot guarantee that delivery drivers will follow delivery instructions, nor can we guarantee the area 'safe' to leave a parcel. If no one will be available to accept delivery we recommend rerouting to an AusPost Parcel Locker. 

If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to our facility our team will contact you to resolve the issue. If the parcel was returned due to an error in the address provided by the customer, there will be a reship fee charged.

Any refunds that get processed will not be processed with shipping costs.
